Privacy Policy for spawnd

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the spawnd platform, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to keep it short and readable.
By accessing spawnd, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Interpretation and Definitions

Capitalized terms have defined meanings outlined below.

- Company: Nuuvem Inc, 848 Brickell Avenue, Penthouse 5-G46, Miami, FL 33131 ("we", "us", "our").
- Cookies: Small files placed on your device to store browsing data.
- Country: Florida, United States.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer or mobile phone.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
- Service: The spawnd website, accessible at https://spawnd.gg.
- Usage Data: Automatically collected technical data related to your visit.
- You: The individual accessing or using the Service.
2. What We Collect
spawnd has no login, registration, or user account system. We never ask you for your name, address, or payment details, and we do not build a profile of you.
We do process a small amount of data:
- Usage Data, collected automatically when you visit (see §3). Some of it, such as your IP address, can count as Personal Data under laws like the GDPR and the LGPD, so we treat it that way.
- Your email address and your message, only if you choose to write to us through our feedback and support widget, so that we can reply to you.
- Your email address for product updates, only if you tick the opt-in box in that widget. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
- Advertising cookies, only after you accept them in our cookie banner (see §4).
We rely on your consent for advertising cookies and for marketing emails, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform for everything else.
3. Usage Data
While you browse, we may automatically collect:
- Your IP address;
- Country-level geolocation;
- Browser type and version;
- Pages visited and time spent;
- Device and operating system information;
- Technical diagnostics and analytics.
We use this only for technical operations, performance optimization, and aggregate analytics. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it into an advertising profile.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The first time you open spawnd, a banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies always load, because the site cannot work without them. Advertising cookies load only if you accept.
Your choice is stored in your browser and stays there until you clear your cookies. You can change your mind at any time through your browser settings.

We use advertising cookies for conversion measurement only. We do not use them to build remarketing audiences, to retarget you with advertisements, or to follow you across other websites.
Declining advertising cookies does not limit anything on spawnd. Every feature works the same way.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we never have.
We share limited data with a small number of providers:
- Google (Google Ads): if you accept advertising cookies, conversion events and the related cookie identifiers are shared with Google so that we can measure the performance of our advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Analytics and infrastructure providers: aggregate, anonymous usage data, for performance, reliability, and security purposes only.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. Data Retention
- Usage Data: retained in aggregate for as long as needed for internal operations.
- Advertising cookies: stored on your device for the lifetime of each cookie, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last interaction, unless you clear them sooner.
- Feedback and support messages: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Marketing opt-in emails: kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and Brazil, and our infrastructure and providers are distributed globally. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country, including outside Brazil and the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, and on the equivalent mechanisms under Brazilian LGPD.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process data about you, and give you a copy of it;
- Correct it, if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete it;
- Restrict or object to how we use it;
- Provide it in a portable format;
- Stop processing based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, for advertising cookies (by declining in the banner or clearing your cookies) and for marketing emails (through the unsubscribe link);
- Tell you who we have shared it with.
Write to privacy@spawnd.gg and we will respond within the time limits set by the applicable law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Brazil, that is the ANPD.
Because spawnd has no user accounts, we may need additional information from you to work out which data relates to you. If we cannot identify you from what we hold, we will tell you so.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
9. Children's Privacy
spawnd is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
10. Third-Party Links
spawnd may link to other websites or embed games from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please refer to their policies individually.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will post a notice on the website and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
